Isuzu Commercial Vehicles - Technical Service Bulletin
I created an updated Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for Isuzu Commercial Vehicles as an independent project, with the goal of improving readability, clarity, and visual design. Traditional service bulletins often rely on dense blocks of text and minimal graphics, making it harder for technicians to quickly locate and understand critical information. My improved version was designed to maintain technical accuracy while enhancing usability, ultimately strengthening the connection between the manufacturer and its service network. My goal was to:
• Redesign the TSB for improved readability, using clear structure, concise language, and professional formatting.
• Incorporate visuals and diagrams to help service technicians quickly grasp repair procedures and technical updates.
• Preserve and reinforce the brand's bridge with technicians and the manufacturer, ensuring the bulletin reflects Isuzu's standards of quality and readability.
