I created a user guide for Videl USA to help commercial grill owners set up, operate, and maintain their equipment. Users needed a clear and detailed manual for operating and maintaining their grill to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Unlike traditional grills, this model features an integrated gas timer, a unique safety feature that is not widely used in the industry. As a result, users required step-by-step guidance to ensure safe operation and compliance. My goal was to:
• Develop a clear and detailed user guide, covering setup, daily operation, and maintenance tasks for commercial grill owners.
• Communicate technical details in an accessible language, reducing the risk of misuse and extending product longevity.
• Produce a professional manual, balancing technical accuracy with readability and visual clarity.
